Provide beverage service in all Guest and/or Crew areas including Castaway Cay; prepare and present drinks per the Beverage Operation Manual
Responsible for beverage inventories and control
Responsible for achieving revenue and cost target
Ensure proper use and sanitation of equipment
Direct and lead Assistant Bartenders and Beverage Servers as needed
Deliver beverage seminars to groups of up to 20 Guests demonstrating passion, knowledge and genuine interest in the specific topic
Organize and supervise all group functions in your location as per the groups report
Conduct pre-shift and end of shift meetings to analyze and improve daily operations
Understand food safety & sanitation programs and maintains USPH standards throughout work area
Maximize revenue, promote salesmanship, suggestive selling and up- selling
Consistently market themed menu and signature drinks for specific locations
Monitor and record spoilage and breakage to control costs
Accountable for all show quality standards in assigned location, including music and light ambience
Perform frequent maintenance checks in assigned bar and pantries, report deficiencies of equipment in espresso and to Beverage Management
Responsible for opening/closing checklists
Create and maintain professional bar displays in all bar operations
Responsible for continuous training and development of all Crew See that the manning levels are sufficient at all times in assigned location
Required/Desired: Experience, Qualifications, Education, Licenses Minimum three years experience in the bar-trade operation Ship experience preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred
Proven knowledge of international cocktail recipes and alcohol brands Ability to lead Crew (Beverage Servers and Assistant Bartenders)
Flair bartending experience preferred
Should have an and outgoing personality
